At Revqis, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent delivery experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from our online store and outlines the conditions under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before our cut-off time of 17:00 PM (GMT-7). Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Once an order has been successfully placed, our team requires between 1 to 3 business days to prepare and fulfill your order. Please note that order fulfillment occurs strictly on Monday through Friday and excludes weekends or national holidays.

Transit Time and Delivery

After your order has been dispatched, delivery times will range from 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Deliveries are made only on Monday through Friday and do not occur on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Taking both handling and shipping times into account, customers can generally expect to receive their orders within 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional fees will be charged for standard shipping services.

Currency and Payment Notes

All transactions and shipping charges are processed in USD. If payment is made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
