At Revqis, we want every purchase to bring you complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we are pleased to offer a straightforward return and exchange process in line with consumer protection regulations in the United States.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are in new condition and returned within 35 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at info@revqis.com for assistance and approval. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print. All return shipping is provided at no cost to you, and there are no restocking fees applied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are also accepted under the same conditions. Products must be in new and unused condition and returned within 35 days of delivery. Our team will assist you in arranging the exchange once your request has been approved.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 20 days of receiving your returned item. Once your refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that all refunds are processed in USD.

Currency

If your payment was originally made in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
